It took us a long time to have the confidence to have another extension after our previous disaster extension cost us extra thousands & years to correct. We didn’t need to worry, CS Lofts are amazing, professional and friendly. They supported us, answered every question & made last minute changes for us. The loft is stunning, so well built compared to our old house’s loft conversion. My regret? I wished I booked them a year earlier when I first contacted them. I was still nervous as we are a deaf family so communication & trust was important to us. I didn’t need to worry & I absolutely recommend them.

I am very glad we found CS lofts. They arrived on time every day, the team were so helpful and came up with some creative ides along the way. The communication was excellent and we were kept fully informed of progress and what trades where arriving when.
The team were tidy and also thoughtful when it came to our young children (keeping stairways safe etc).
Their price was competitive and finished at exactly the cost they quoted. Finally and most importantly we love our new loft space, every finish was 5 star standard and we would recommend them without hesitation.

We chose to go with CS Lofts for our conversion as a number of people on our road had spoken very highly of them. We weren’t disappointed. From the start we felt supported as they helped us negotiate some tricky planning obstacles with our local council. Once planning permission was approved things started moving quickly. We were very impressed at the speed of the work and the quality of the workmanship. There was minimal disruption and the crew were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All the external trades people that CS used were also of a very high standard. Would def recommend.

CS Loft did our loft conversion and they were fantastic. Ben and Benni managed the project and were very proficient. Even through it was a big loft with 1 5 meter dormer, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, dressing room and big landing space, still they were able to complete the whole project in 2.5 months and while we were still living in the property. The cost at the end was exactly the same as initial quote + optional extras that we opted. These guys are the benchmark for good builders!!

CS Lofts came recommended by good friends, and we are very happy with the hip to gable loft conversion CS Lofts completed for us. It took place over winter 2022 and the team did a great job to seal the roof and keep the elements at bay during the rain & snow. We were impressed from the first meeting through to completion. Big thanks to Sam, Richard, Luke and Lewis who were very pleasant to have around and went above & beyond throughout. Also to the extended CS crew; Brian & Mark who we kept on to re-do our main bathroom, as well as the loft, and Jon & Chuck, who ended up decorating most of the house. Having your loft converted is a big job and the thought of it is stressful so you want to make sure you have the right people. We found CS Lofts to be very efficient and polite and whilst I was working from home they didn’t bother me at all. They turned up and got on with the project and it was great to see how quickly they progressed with it. We are so pleased with the end result, the stairway being much more spacious than we had imagined and we now have 2 good sized bedrooms for our girls to have their own space and grow up in.
