Incredible service from CS Lofts - very competitive quote compared to other quotes we received. We completed an L Shaped extension. Created two bedrooms and a bathroom from one bedroom. Way better than any expectation we had - amazing communication, correspondence to questions, adjustments to changes we wanted. It allowed us to be stress free during our loft renovation. we would highly recommend CS lofts!

CS Lofts were great to deal with from start to finish. Competitively priced, and the salesperson - Jack Rogers wasn't pushy but helpful and super consultative.We chose a 2 bed/ ensuite rear dormer. The project took 2 months to complete and I couldn't be happier.Overall, a stress free experience and I cannot recommend these guys enough.

When choosing a company for a loft conversion, we did the obvious thing and got a few companies to quote and discuss the job.We found CS lofts with a simple Google search as we wanted to see if there was a local company to offer another quote for comparison. They had also been recommended on a local community Facebook group.We ended up choosing CS lofts because, above all others, they seemed to know their stuff and be genuinely invested in doing right by us. We loved that they are a local, family run business. And this really shows. The quote provided by Richard was competitive and very comprehensive which we were very happy with.We managed to get a build slot earlier than anticipated and CS lofts were brilliant from the start to finish. We were very fortunate to have Benni and his team as our main guys doing the work and we honestly cannot recommend these guys more highly!Right from the start, before any work had started, Benni came to have a chat and a look around. From this point he was giving his ideas and insights which saved us both time and complications later. He managed to give ideas we’d never thought of, but wish we had! We immediately had a schedule and build plan from Benni, and we knew we were in good hands.The speed at which these guys worked was astounding. And, to have such a quality job as well! We saw progress right from the start and we were kept informed and up to date all the way through.Every single one of the trades we had in were brilliant. Genuinely nice guys each with incredible work. Everyone was polite and they kept everything clean and tidy which was greatly appreciated, as we had experienced builders that have been sloppy and not cleaned up after themselves.Special thanks to Benni and his team for all their work. Their work was fantastic, and Benni would go that extra mile to help with any changes to the planned work. We were happy having them around our family. Fully trustworthy, honest guys

Our home in SW16 South London is a narrow terraced house which we were growing out of with a young family. CS Loft were one of three companies we invited to quote and decided to work with. The job was quite complex but completed in very quick time (about 12 weeks in total). We added two rooms - a very large room with skylights, and a single office room, in our existing loft space.What we liked was a single point of contact from approximately 2-3 weeks before work started, to completion and snags. This made communication easy and the person we spoke to was on site personally most days. As CS don't use subcontractors (aside form specialists like electricians) it also made it feel much easy to project manage who was coming, when, and doing what.Our ceilings were dropped to allow a lovely roomy space for tall adults in the loft - far more height than we imagined. Dropping a ceiling can be a messy business but the team were good at protecting the carpet on the existing floor and being considerate to the house by minimising dust and debris.Big jobs like this always encounter small snags and it was also good to know that approx 4 months after when we had some small snags, we were able to call them and get support. Based on the work, we have recommended the team to our neighbours, and 4 houses on our street have now used them for their loft conversion.

CS Lofts is a small to medium sized company and the owner, Richard , is on the ball and highly responsive. They run 3 or 4 jobs at a time so he is able to oversee all activity and has excellent project managers.They handle everything. Planning, architects, engineers and sign-offHis first and second fit teams were hardworking, polite, and punctual.His reccos for additional tiling,and decorating have also been good.There have been no major issues and any small issues have been dealt with quickly and professionally.The aftercare and snagging have been well handled.

I would definitely recommend using CS Lofts if you’re considering a loft conversion. The build was done so efficiently and quick and their advice throughout was invaluable. The whole team have been fantastic – especially as we had some unexpected personal challenges during the build. We are just completing the decoration and can’t wait to move in.

We're delighted with our new loft conversion and how well everything went with CS Lofts especially given our build was not a standard one - we already had an existing loft conversion and they had to remove an old staircase, rebuild walls on first floor, and remove one of the previous steel beams. But it all went well and was done in the timeframe they committed to. The key things that attracted us was being able to decide on the internal layout after the main dormer structure went up for a set price (1 or 2 rooms plus en suite), and a financial incentive on their side to deliver within the timeframe, as well as positive reviews, a very competitive quote and the fact they use their own team. They really are a nice bunch of people to work with and to have in your home. The pace was kept up the whole time and they did a great job to get all the different tradespeople in and out and then back in again for later stages.We ended up with a unique layout that really suits us with a small study room directly accessible from landing and two really good storage areas as well as getting a good size bedroom with en-suite and small walk in wardrobe (if we get around to installing sliding doors on it!), not to mention two larger bedrooms on the first floor as result of the staircase repositioning. You do have to make layout decisions quickly however because of the pace they work at so make sure to spend a lot of time thinking about it in advance; they gave some good suggestions too but very accommodating of what we wanted to achieve. We also asked to upgrade to a solar operated velux & blind in the landing to make it easier to open as it's so high up, which they were happy to fit for us (highly recommend buying a solar velux and the app to program opening as it really helps ventilate the whole house and keep cool in summer). Contact was generally good, mainly by group WhatsApp with very responsive replies, complemented by regular site visits from Sam or Richard.It got a tiny bit tricky for us when we started having to coordinate directly with our own tradespeople at the end of the build for the decoration as regards to the order for doing painting, laminate flooring, tiling and skirting boards, but CS lofts were accommodating to come back later on to refit the skirting boards and it made you appreciate how much hassle they took out of earlier stages by doing all the coordinating of tradespeople during the actual build! They did give us some contacts for decorator/tiler too. Overall we're very pleased indeed with the final result and it really was excellent value for money. Thank you!

Stress-Free ProjectThis was our second loft conversion project, and what a difference it was working with CS Loft! To be honest, I was almost skeptical at first—seeing so many positive reviews seemed too good to be true. But the experience was truly outstanding, with literally zero stress.We went with CS Loft because Richard, from the very start, was incredibly client-focused. He genuinely listened to our needs and had great ideas and suggestions how to achieve what we wanted. Spencer and Joe did a fantastic job—clean, efficient, and hassle-free. We hired CS lofts for a slightly complicated loft conversion that required first lowering the ceilings on the first floor and then building out an L-shaped loft conversion on the 2nd floor. These guys were quick and thorough, and did a really good job overall. I’d use them again if we decided to move.

We had a great experience with CS Lofts. They were professional from start to finish and had great communication all the way through the build. Their use of a WhatsApp group allowed us to ask questions and stay in touch at all times. We had Jamie and his team do the main part of the build and they were extremely professional and hard working as well as being friendly and happy to answer any questions. Everyone we dealt with worked to an extremely high standard and we’re very happy with the finished room. We highly recommend them.

We had a loft conversion (incl new roof) done with CS Lofts in summer 2024 and can't recommend them highly enough. From the very outset, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.I would particularly like to single out for the praise Benni and the team who did the work. They were on site promptly every day and were extremely courteous, clean and professional and as a result, none of our neighbours raised any issue at all with us during the entire process. CS Lofts completed a hip to gable + dormer loft conversion for us in autumn 2024 and we couldn't be happier with it!Benni was our contact throughout and was always on hand to respond to our questions in the WhatsApp group regardless of time of day. He and the team were exceedingly professional and polite throughout the entire build. When one leg of the scaffolding needed to be put up in our elderly neighbor's garden, he commented on how polite the team who spoke to him were which meant a lot to us.The team were always considerate of our house and minimised the disruption to our day to day lives in any way they could. The build was rapid from start to finish being less than 2.5 months and it always felt that we were a priority.Benni was courteous and professional whenever we spotted a snag or something we wanted edited and made sure that the loft was converted exactly how we wanted it.Of the 3 companies we got to quote, CS Lofts were by far the most professional; the only ones to suggest having the staircase over our existing one (far better than our original plan); and came in with the best price.If you're considering getting a loft conversion, I'd highly recommend CS Lofts.

CS Lofts did an expert job converting our 1930's loft space into a fantastic hip to gable large bedroom with ensuite, within budge.I never thought they would be able to do the work within 2.5 months, which they did. The team are British with fantastic communication - every question was answered within the same day or the next day.For me, their USP was they are really nice people all able to identify issues and solutions before they arise and provide advice throughout. They all arrived on time and worked hard throughout the day to hit the milestones. I really couldn't ask for anything more.My advice for anyone getting a loft conversion is to have a strong idea of exactly what you want in terms of room size, window locations, extent of wardrobes, bed location, door location, stair location, ensuite set up etc before you start. This helps massively with discussing the feasibility of options early in the process, which worked well for us.I'd strongly recommend CS Lofts.

CS loft completed a 2 bedroom and shower room loft conversion for us this summer.Richard and team demonstrated great work ethics. The communication was good. They were approachable and responsive. They supported us with our neighbours when there was a snag with the shared roof.Special thanks to Spencer who worked really hard to maximise our space and gave advice for layout. Richard, Sam and the rest of the team were brilliant and all clearly great at what they do, problem solving any issues they encounter.All snags are dealt with promptly and without fuss.We were not completely happy with their contracted plumber who worked on our project due to poor attention to detail. Their recommended tiler was also very expensive so we went elsewhere.We definitely 100% recommend CS loft.They have created an amazing unused loft space into a great space for our children and all completed on time and budget.Thank you again.

We contracted CS Loft for a 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom loft. Rich was over for an initial meeting where he helped by talking with our neighbours, and the works started soon after. We can safely say that Luke, Luke and all the builders were extremely professional and worked very hard to a very high standard. We didn’t move out during the works, and all the builders were extremely loyal, very hardworking and very polite throughout the weeks they were here every day! After getting various quotes, we are so glad we used CS Lofts for the design and build of our loft. I am very glad we found CS lofts. They arrived on time every day, the team were so helpful and came up with some creative ides along the way. The communication was excellent and we were kept fully informed of progress and what trades where arriving when.The team were tidy and also thoughtful when it came to our young children (keeping stairways safe etc).Their price was competitive and finished at exactly the cost they quoted. Finally and most importantly we love our new loft space, every finish was 5 star standard and we would recommend them without hesitation.

We wanted to extend the house with a loft extension being the most sensible way of doing it without breaking the bank. With it still being a significant outlay and with your house generally being your most valuable asset, you want someone to do this work who you can trust, is very good at what they do, timely and fair priced. Having no building contacts I turned to CheckaTrade looking for builders, and I think with only one exception I did not even receive a reply, and the one that did arrange to come round never showed up! Therefore I Googled “Loft Extensions” and up came “CS Lofts” so I e-mailed them. As a welcome change from previous companies contacted, CS Lofts replied and arranged to come round, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. This set the tone for the relationship going forward. CS Lofts take care of everything, the drawings, the planning application with the council, all the different trades that work onsite etc. Each job has a project manager, Benni in our case who coordinated everything. They gave us an estimate of how long it would take and they were well within this at completion. With any project there will always be something that comes up that was unforeseen, and in those very few instances everything got sorted out in a very fair and quick way.I always feel if writing a review there should be something to comment on as a point for improvement, but in this case I just can’t think of anything. The loft extension is now finished and the end result is absolutely fantastic. We were very satisfied with the end result. In spite of bad weather conditions (snow and incessant rain) that created frustrating delays, the guys always maintained a friendly, good natured and flexible approach. They communicated well and tried their best to work around my work appointments at home. The new roof, upgrading of the original dormer that now matches the new dormer has given our home a smart up-dated look, and we are loving our big bathroom. We were also very happy with the quote which was adhered to. We would definitely recommend CS Lofts.

I decided to go with CS Lofts having seen that they did a house a few streets away from us. Having spoken to other loft specialists, we got a good feeling about them and went with them. So I booked an independent surveyor (Via build zone - which I wouldnt recommend as turned out to be unnecessary!). CS were absolutely fine about the 4 visits from the surveyor - which showed no issues at all. Trades highly skilled and friendly too. So, CS - great team, work done on time, competitive price, no hidden extras and everything done with real integrity.

Even through it was a big loft with 15 meter dormer, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, dressing room and big landing space, still they were able to complete the whole project in 2.5 months and while we were still living in the property. We chose to go with CS Lofts for our conversion as a number of people on our road had spoken very highly of them. We weren't disappointed. From the start we felt supported as they helped us negotiate some tricky planning obstacles with our local council. Once planning permission was approved things started moving quickly. We were very impressed at the speed of the work and the quality of the workmanship. There was minimal disruption and the crew were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. CS Lofts have completed our loft conversion recently. They were understanding when we delayed our decision late last year, and were able to accommodate us when we wanted to proceed.The work started quickly and moved very fast. Within 2 weeks the shall was up. The builders worked hard and stayed later to ensure deadlines were met. We cannot fault the work ethic.The plastering, plumping and carpentry were all done efficiently. There was a couple of snags throughout the process, but these were fixed quickly.We did have to move out for a week or so while the stairs were being installed and the resultant mess, but this was a personal choice, with 2 small children it felt easier.Richard and Louise were quick in communicating times etc.Overall, very happy with the service and would recommend and use again.

Have spent many years in the construction industry, so when it was time to get my own loft conversion done I had several "General builders" that I knew that I could call upon .... However they are "General for a reason" and were either prohibitively expensive or did not possess the specialist skills required for my awkward loft. We gave up on the idea untill a chance meeting with Richard and within half an hour he assured us that a conversion was definitely possible, things moved quickly from there and the build started 2 weeks later and took less than 10 weeks at a price that was incredibly reasonable. We have completed the decorating now and are very happy with the results. The main team were great and the supporting trades were all friendly, aminable and tidy with all work to a good standard. Thanks again to Richard Sam and all of the CS team, highly recommended. .........The moral is if you want brain surgery you don't go to a gp ...... if you want a loft , go to a specialist......

- Overall we had a very positive experience with CS Lofts. We were able to live in with two small children whilst the works were being completed and they were considerate of this, ensuring they tidied up after themselves and ensured the build was left as safe as possible from one day to the next. We had a great working relationship with Harry who was very efficient and easy to communicate with. He coordinated all the work and tradespeople well and ensured we were happy with the end results. From our first interaction (the in person quote) and throughout our project we have been hugely impressed by everyone at CS Lofts. You are provided with a fixed quote, a comprehensive quote sheet and contract before going ahead, which is so refreshing to see exactly what will be done, and everyone is clear from the outset.Richard was fantastic as our project manager, a real ‘can-do’ attitude and problem solver going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction at every stage, including the aftercare provided long after the project had finished. Louise was always contactable and so helpful moving our work start date when our house purchase was delayed. Luke and Lewis (our 1st fix team) were so polite and professional - it was a pleasure having them around. Carpenters Luke and Gil (2nd fix) are very skilled and did a fantastic job finishing with great attention to detail, especially fixing complex sliding doors we had chosen. Their recommended tiler, Brian’s work was also impeccable. Too many individuals to name them all. CS Lofts completed the buildings regs approval for us and coordinated all the tradespeople very impressively, especially over the Christmas period.We have no hesitation in highly recommending CS Lofts to anyone looking for a caring, professional and quality company. I found CS Lofts by chance walking past one of their projects. They’ve now been recommended for 5/6 other projects through us and for good reason. Ours was a complicated end of terrace with side and rear dormers due to council conservation area restrictions. They drew up the plans and managed it through council planning which can be a tricky process particularly with a conservation area. Once permission was granted CS Lofts had the scaffolding up and were up and running with a few weeks. The whole process took 12 weeks from start to finish and the whole time they remained collaborative, considerate and on budget. Ours is not the biggest loft in the world but through some clever design we’ve now got an en suite master bedroom with office area in our loft. Great experience all round.

Having your loft converted is a big job and the thought of it is stressful so you want to make sure you have the right people. We found CS Lofts to be very efficient and polite and whilst I was working from home they didn’t bother me at all. They turned up and got on with the project and it was great to see how quickly they progressed with it. Its taken a while to get round to this, Richard finished our conversion about 18 months ago. I just wanted to live with it for a while before commenting. We are very happy with it, everything's as it should be. The building work was as you'd expect but they did keep the house as clean as they could, He built a temporary wall and all the work went on behind it. So while a bit dusty nothing to deadly. Now we've had use of it its like its always been there. Very good builders, and very polite.

When choosing a company for a loft conversion, we did the obvious thing and got a few companies to quote and discuss the job.We found CS lofts with a simple Google search as we wanted to see if there was a local company to offer another quote for comparison. They had also been recommended on a local community Facebook group.We ended up choosing CS lofts because, above all others, they seemed to know their stuff and be genuinely invested in doing right by us. We loved that they are a local, family run business. And this really shows. The quote provided by Richard was competitive and very comprehensive which we were very happy with.We managed to get a build slot earlier than anticipated and CS lofts were brilliant from the start to finish. We were very fortunate to have Benni and his team as our main guys doing the work and we honestly cannot recommend these guys more highly!Right from the start, before any work had started, Benni came to have a chat and a look around. From this point he was giving his ideas and insights which saved us both time and complications later. He managed to give ideas we’d never thought of, but wish we had! Our home in SW16 South London is a narrow terraced house which we were growing out of with a young family. CS Loft were one of three companies we invited to quote and decided to work with. The job was quite complex but completed in very quick time (about 12 weeks in total). We added two rooms - a very large room with skylights, and a single office room, in our existing loft space.What we liked was a single point of contact from approximately 2-3 weeks before work started, to completion and snags. This made communication easy and the person we spoke to was on site personally most days. As CS don't use subcontractors (aside form specialists like electricians) it also made it feel much easy to project manage who was coming, when, and doing what.Our ceilings were dropped to allow a lovely roomy space for tall adults in the loft - far more height than we imagined. Dropping a ceiling can be a messy business but the team were good at protecting the carpet on the existing floor and being considerate to the house by minimising dust and debris.Big jobs like this always encounter small snags and it was also good to know that approx 4 months after when we had some small snags, we were able to call them and get support. Based on the work, we have recommended the team to our neighbours, and 4 houses on our street have now used them for their loft conversion.

CS Lofts is a small to medium sized company and the owner, Richard , is on the ball and highly responsive. They run 3 or 4 jobs at a time so he is able to oversee all activity and has excellent project managers.They handle everything. Planning, architects, engineers and sign-offHis first and second fit teams were hardworking, polite, and punctual.His reccos for additional tiling,and decorating have also been good.There have been no major issues and any small issues have been dealt with quickly and professionally.The aftercare and snagging have been well handled.

We're delighted with our new loft conversion and how well everything went with CS Lofts especially given our build was not a standard one - we already had an existing loft conversion and they had to remove an old staircase, rebuild walls on first floor, and remove one of the previous steel beams. But it all went well and was done in the timeframe they committed to. The key things that attracted us was being able to decide on the internal layout after the main dormer structure went up for a set price (1 or 2 rooms plus en suite), and a financial incentive on their side to deliver within the timeframe, as well as positive reviews, a very competitive quote and the fact they use their own team. They really are a nice bunch of people to work with and to have in your home. The pace was kept up the whole time and they did a great job to get all the different tradespeople in and out and then back in again for later stages.We ended up with a unique layout that really suits us with a small study room directly accessible from landing and two really good storage areas as well as getting a good size bedroom with en-suite and small walk in wardrobe (if we get around to installing sliding doors on it!), not to mention two larger bedrooms on the first floor as result of the staircase repositioning. You do have to make layout decisions quickly however because of the pace they work at so make sure to spend a lot of time thinking about it in advance; they gave some good suggestions too but very accommodating of what we wanted to achieve. We also asked to upgrade to a solar operated velux & blind in the landing to make it easier to open as it's so high up, which they were happy to fit for us (highly recommend buying a solar velux and the app to program opening as it really helps ventilate the whole house and keep cool in summer). Contact was generally good, mainly by group WhatsApp with very responsive replies, complemented by regular site visits from Sam or Richard.It got a tiny bit tricky for us when we started having to coordinate directly with our own tradespeople at the end of the build for the decoration as regards to the order for doing painting, laminate flooring, tiling and skirting boards, but CS lofts were accommodating to come back later on to refit the skirting boards and it made you appreciate how much hassle they took out of earlier stages by doing all the coordinating of tradespeople during the actual build! They did give us some contacts for decorator/tiler too. Overall we're very pleased indeed with the final result and it really was excellent value for money. Thank you!

CS Lofts completed a hip to gable + dormer loft conversion for us in autumn 2024 and we couldn't be happier with it!Benni was our contact throughout and was always on hand to respond to our questions in the WhatsApp group regardless of time of day. CS Lofts did an expert job converting our 1930's loft space into a fantastic hip to gable large bedroom with ensuite, within budge.I never thought they would be able to do the work within 2.5 months, which they did. The team are British with fantastic communication - every question was answered within the same day or the next day.For me, their USP was they are really nice people all able to identify issues and solutions before they arise and provide advice throughout. They all arrived on time and worked hard throughout the day to hit the milestones. I really couldn't ask for anything more.My advice for anyone getting a loft conversion is to have a strong idea of exactly what you want in terms of room size, window locations, extent of wardrobes, bed location, door location, stair location, ensuite set up etc before you start. This helps massively with discussing the feasibility of options early in the process, which worked well for us.I'd strongly recommend CS Lofts.

We wanted to extend the house with a loft extension being the most sensible way of doing it without breaking the bank. With it still being a significant outlay and with your house generally being your most valuable asset, you want someone to do this work who you can trust, is very good at what they do, timely and fair priced. Having no building contacts I turned to CheckaTrade looking for builders, and I think with only one exception I did not even receive a reply, and the one that did arrange to come round never showed up! Therefore I Googled “Loft Extensions” and up came “CS Lofts” so I e-mailed them. As a welcome change from previous companies contacted, CS Lofts replied and arranged to come round, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. This set the tone for the relationship going forward. CS Lofts take care of everything, the drawings, the planning application with the council, all the different trades that work onsite etc. Each job has a project manager, Benni in our case who coordinated everything. They gave us an estimate of how long it would take and they were well within this at completion. With any project there will always be something that comes up that was unforeseen, and in those very few instances everything got sorted out in a very fair and quick way.I always feel if writing a review there should be something to comment on as a point for improvement, but in this case I just can’t think of anything. The loft extension is now finished and the end result is absolutely fantastic. Benni as the project Manager was awesome, Andy, Joe, Sam, John, the plumber, roofers (sorry forgot your names) all made a reliable team of really friendly, professional, people.So if anyone asks, my advice to them would be without a shadow of a doubt use CS Lofts, to the point of, don’t waste your time looking anywhere else.Mark Fletcher

We were very satisfied with the end result. In spite of bad weather conditions (snow and incessant rain) that created frustrating delays, the guys always maintained a friendly, good natured and flexible approach. They communicated well and tried their best to work around my work appointments at home. The new roof, upgrading of the original dormer that now matches the new dormer has given our home a smart up-dated look, and we are loving our big bathroom. CS lofts -Ben, Benni, Ibi and Luke were brilliant. Polite, courteous and wonderful with our 4yr old. I was nervous of the glowing reviews here thinking - can this be true? So I booked an independent surveyor (Via build zone - which I wouldnt recommend as turned out to be unnecessary!). CS were absolutely fine about the 4 visits from the surveyor - which showed no issues at all. Trades highly skilled and friendly too. So, CS - great team, work done on time, competitive price, no hidden extras and everything done with real integrity.

CS Lofts were one of the most flexible and competitive of all the companies we spoke to, and after seeing some of their work locally decided to go with them. Ricahrd and Sam lay out the process well and Lousie kept all the admin moving smoothly.The build team of Alex and Daryl and all the subcontractors were courteous, informative and really hard working.Where any issues did arrive they were dealt with promptly.The build was super quick (finished within 10 weeks) and a positive experience all round. CS Loft did our loft conversion and they were fantastic. Ben and Benni managed the project and were very proficient. Even through it was a big loft with 15 meter dormer, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, dressing room and big landing space, still they were able to complete the whole project in 2.5 months and while we were still living in the property. The cost at the end was exactly the same as initial quote + optional extras that we opted. These guys are the benchmark for good builders!!

We chose to go with CS Lofts for our conversion as a number of people on our road had spoken very highly of them. We weren't disappointed. From the start we felt supported as they helped us negotiate some tricky planning obstacles with our local council. Once planning permission was approved things started moving quickly. We were very impressed at the speed of the work and the quality of the workmanship. There was minimal disruption and the crew were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All the external trades people that CS used were also of a very high standard. Would def recommend.

CS Lofts have completed our loft conversion recently. They were understanding when we delayed our decision late last year, and were able to accommodate us when we wanted to proceed.The work started quickly and moved very fast. Within 2 weeks the shall was up. The builders worked hard and stayed later to ensure deadlines were met. We cannot fault the work ethic.The plastering, plumping and carpentry were all done efficiently. There was a couple of snags throughout the process, but these were fixed quickly.We did have to move out for a week or so while the stairs were being installed and the resultant mess, but this was a personal choice, with 2 small children it felt easier.Richard and Louise were quick in communicating times etc.Overall, very happy with the service and would recommend and use again.

It took place over winter 2022 and the team did a great job to seal the roof and keep the elements at bay during the rain & snow. We were impressed from the first meeting through to completion. Have spent many years in the construction industry, so when it was time to get my own loft conversion done I had several "General builders" that I knew that I could call upon .... However they are "General for a reason" and were either prohibitively expensive or did not possess the specialist skills required for my awkward loft. We gave up on the idea untill a chance meeting with Richard and within half an hour he assured us that a conversion was definitely possible, things moved quickly from there and the build started 2 weeks later and took less than 10 weeks at a price that was incredibly reasonable. We have completed the decorating now and are very happy with the results. The main team were great and the supporting trades were all friendly, aminable and tidy with all work to a good standard. Thanks again to Richard Sam and all of the CS team, highly recommended. .........The moral is if you want brain surgery you don't go to a gp ...... if you want a loft , go to a specialist......

- Overall we had a very positive experience with CS Lofts. We were able to live in with two small children whilst the works were being completed and they were considerate of this, ensuring they tidied up after themselves and ensured the build was left as safe as possible from one day to the next. We had a great working relationship with Harry who was very efficient and easy to communicate with. He coordinated all the work and tradespeople well and ensured we were happy with the end results. The only issues occurred when he was away and he sought to rectify these on his return.

CS loft have been nothing but amazing. From the frost Initial visit to completion. Sam was great explaining the process, what to expect and what we needed. Louise in the admin office was always available and arranged a viewing of a previous job before we signed our contract. The communication throughout was amazing. We used CS Lofts for our loft extension (hip to gable roof with dormer) and conversion. From our first interaction (the in person quote) and throughout our project we have been hugely impressed by everyone at CS Lofts. They are a family business and that care, attention and professionalism shines through. You are provided with a fixed quote, a comprehensive quote sheet and contract before going ahead, which is so refreshing to see exactly what will be done, and everyone is clear from the outset.Richard was fantastic as our project manager, a real ‘can-do’ attitude and problem solver going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction at every stage, including the aftercare provided long after the project had finished. Louise was always contactable and so helpful moving our work start date when our house purchase was delayed. Luke and Lewis (our 1st fix team) were so polite and professional - it was a pleasure having them around. Carpenters Luke and Gil (2nd fix) are very skilled and did a fantastic job finishing with great attention to detail, especially fixing complex sliding doors we had chosen. Their recommended tiler, Brian’s work was also impeccable. Too many individuals to name them all. CS Lofts completed the buildings regs approval for us and coordinated all the tradespeople very impressively, especially over the Christmas period.We have no hesitation in highly recommending CS Lofts to anyone looking for a caring, professional and quality company. We’re chuffed!

I found CS Lofts by chance walking past one of their projects. They’ve now been recommended for 5/6 other projects through us and for good reason. Ours was a complicated end of terrace with side and rear dormers due to council conservation area restrictions. They drew up the plans and managed it through council planning which can be a tricky process particularly with a conservation area. Once permission was granted CS Lofts had the scaffolding up and were up and running with a few weeks. The whole process took 12 weeks from start to finish and the whole time they remained collaborative, considerate and on budget. Ours is not the biggest loft in the world but through some clever design we’ve now got an en suite master bedroom with office area in our loft. Great experience all round.

CS-lofts recently completed a double domer loft conversion to our house. We are extremely happy with the extra space, they created 2 very bright and airy bedrooms and a separate shower room.Overall it was a positive experience from start to finish. Having your loft converted is a big job and the thought of it is stressful so you want to make sure you have the right people. We found CS Lofts to be very efficient and polite and whilst I was working from home they didn’t bother me at all. They turned up and got on with the project and it was great to see how quickly they progressed with it. We are so pleased with the end result, the stairway being much more spacious than we had imagined and we now have 2 good sized bedrooms for our girls to have their own space and grow up in. Its taken a while to get round to this, Richard finished our conversion about 18 months ago. I just wanted to live with it for a while before commenting. We are very happy with it, everything's as it should be. The building work was as you'd expect but they did keep the house as clean as they could, He built a temporary wall and all the work went on behind it. So while a bit dusty nothing to deadly. Now we've had use of it its like its always been there. Very good builders, and very polite.
