We are very happy with our loft extension from CS Lofts which was completed earlier this year. All the people from CS Lofts, from the person who gave us the initial estimate to the project manager and builders onsite, were very friendly and polite, so I felt relaxed about having them working around the house. CS Lofts worked with us to accommodate our wishes for the extension, such as ordering and fitting an extra wide window so we could make the most of park views behind our house. The work was finished to a good standard, the project manager met with us frequently to check we were happy with the quality, communications from CS Lofts were consistently good, and the build continues to be well made a few months after the finish and after we have decorated - we haven't encountered any issues. I'd be happy to recommend CS Lofts, they delivered everything we wanted for our use of the extra loft space.

We had an excellent experience with CS Lofts from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Tyler was our project manager and he was fab! Very personal and communicated well - we felt in safe hands. The project was completed on schedule and the team worked really hard to get everything done in good time, even during two heat waves!I would highly recommend CS Lofts to anyone considering a loft conversion. They delivered exactly what they promised, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you for such a fantastic job!

Have had a brilliant experience with CS lofts who’ve just finished our hip to gable loft conversion. Jack came to quote for the work and I instantly felt I could trust him and had confidence that he knew what he was doing, especially when it came to overcoming the minimum height issue. The whole process was run really smoothly, Alex was our lead builder and project manager and with Luke and Harry they worked really hard and quickly, there wasn’t a problem that couldn’t be sorted and their workmanship was top notch. I really felt like I was in safe hands, the communication was great throughout and the end result is fabulous! It was also great to have Tyler pop in every few weeks from a customer service point of view to check all was running smoothly. I can’t fault them, am super delighted with the results and can’t recommend them enough.

We are chuffed to bits with our new loft conversion and would highly recommend (and have recommended) CSLofts to everyone. The process was made so easy from the first meeting with Richard, Frank the architect drawing out the plans, having an approachable and highly skilled project manager (Rob H) and all the skilled craftspeople who made up the team (Tony, Chis, Dan to name but a few). They were so respectful of our home and family life.Nothing seemed to phase them. Challenges were ironed out immediately. Rob came up with clever solutions to everything we threw at him and has a can do attitude which was so refreshing. There will be photos to follow.I just wish they did more than lofts.

We recently used CS Lofts for our loft conversion and new roof replacement, and we honestly could not recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the quality of service was exceptional. Gill spent a great deal of time with us at the beginning, carefully talking through all of the options in detail and helping us feel completely confident in choosing CS Lofts for the project. We chose to go ahead with a larger loft room and en suite, and also decided to have a new roof completed at the same time. The original estimate for completion was around 14 weeks, but the entire project was completed to an exceptionally high standard in approximately 9–10 weeks, which exceeded all of our expectations. The whole process was incredibly slick and well organised throughout. Every tradesperson involved was polite, professional, clean, and tidy at all times.A special mention must go to Anthony and Tony, who built the structure for our fantastic new loft room. Andrew completed all of the electrical work to a brilliant standard. Martin, Dave, and Sam carried out all of the plumbing work for us, with Sam also doing an excellent job fitting our new radiators. Alfie and his team did a superb job on our new roof, and Andy’s carpentry work was outstanding — especially our beautiful new staircase and spindles.Lastly, we would especially like to mention Tyler, our project manager. He genuinely made the entire process stress free and could not have done more to support us throughout the build. Tyler guided us through every stage from start to finish, ensuring there were never any concerns whatsoever. His professionalism, knowledge, communication, and support were exceptional, and he is a huge reason why we would recommend CS Lofts to anyone without hesitation.Tyler is an absolute asset to the company and played a massive part in making the entire experience such a positive one for us.A huge thank you to Tyler and the entire team for creating our amazing new loft room. We could not be happier with the finished result.

CS Lofts recently completed an L-Shaped dormer loft conversion on our house. We are very pleased with the process and the end result. We lived in our house during the entire build (December-February) and that was no problem. The quote was accurate with no surprise charges. The building team led by Tyler was amazing, communicated well, and was very tidy. Genuinely lovely people to have around. They also finished the project earlier than planned. During a big project like a loft conversion there are naturally things that come up, such as us wanting to make minor changes, or small defects and CS handled this really well. Tyler must have said “leave it with me” at least a 100 times during the project and got everything sorted without delay. It is also reassuring to know that their after care is very good. They came back a few times to correct minor issues or work on things that we delayed as we had other trades in. I can genuinely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a loft conversion done.

Really great work from start to finish. Team knew what they were doing and completed everything in good time. No complaints from neighbours and all correct documentation provided at the end. Pricing was transparent with no unexpected changes once agreed.Guided me through the process and made sure was involved. Despite a relatively young team, their experience with loft conversions really stood out (having completed a number of projects). Also took down x2 chimney breasts as part of the work. Would definitely recommend CSLoft!!

Our experience with CS has been nothing short of amazing. After seeing a loft conversion they did down the street, we decided to reach out, and it was the best decision we could have made. From the initial discussion through planning and execution, the entire process was incredibly smooth. They delivered a high-quality build exactly on time. As parents of two young children, we had very little spare time, but our project manager, Tyler, was exceptionally responsive. His catchphrase was 'leave it to me,' and he truly meant it. We felt so relieved knowing he was handling everything, including complex matters like Building Control. The professionalism displayed at every stage, right from the first blueprint to the final building certificate and it was outstanding. Even after construction was finished, they took full responsibility for the final touches during snag list checks. CS offers competitive pricing and, most importantly, they truly listen to their clients. We highly recommend CS to anyone looking for a loft conversion. We are so proud of the result that we’d even be happy to show our house to prospective loft converters !

CS Lofts recently completed a loft conversion for us and we are delighted with the results. We put in a lot of research to find the most competitive quote, matched by a quality job, and friendly staff and CS Lofts were brilliant on all fronts. It’s an intrusive process having builders in your house while a family of 4 live below, but Alex and his team were always mindful of this. They were great communicators with us (AND our neighbours) and always went the extra mile to accommodate everyone. We were pleased to see that they never cut any corners, took all the details seriously and are clearly a competent team. There were no hidden costs and everything remained on budget and to schedule. We have recommended CS Lofts to all of our neighbours.

Brilliant experience with CS Lofts from start to finish for our loft conversion. Our project manager, Tyler, was great with communication and ensured our needs were taken into consideration. James and Paul who did the main conversion were so tidy and polite; working hard to a really high standard. We’re really pleased with our new rooms.

I am thrilled with my new L shaped loft and the space I have gained in my maisonette flat. CS lofts have done a fantastic job. Olly who managed the project and his team were great, super helpful and very friendly, a shout out to Martin who had to move beams twice.😊 The build was completed very quickly, way quicker than any other company estimated and to a high standard (everyone who sees it comments on the quality and high standard of build) equally any hurdles that came along were dealt with quickly and efficiently. All the other team of trades people that work for CS were just as helpful and generous with their knowledge and did a great job.“efficient and seamless” are words that come to mind. The L shaped loft came in exactly on budget and the pricing was very competitive and good value for money compared to other quotes I had and I had quite a few.It was a great team effort from everyone and I really appreciated the help and advice and the clear concise communication all the way through the build and will certainly be recommending CS loft friends, family and all and sundry as my go too, in fact I already have.A big thank you from me to all the team

I would thoroughly recommend CS Lofts for your loft conversion. They made the process very easy and stress free and all the workers were very considerate and respectful. I want to particularly recommend my project manager Ben who smoothed the way for everything and had all the trades lined up so there was barely a gap in works. I also felt completely confident in him and the works and that any problems would be solved. He was also very responsive. Overall I am very happy with my finished loft. 😀

Overall, we had a brilliant experience with CS Lofts. There was a little bit of messing about with the comms around the start date at the beginning of the project but they more than made up for it on the project itself. Ben was an excellent project manager. Very communicative. Everyone one of the team was courteous and friendly when doing work in the house and they worked very rapidly with no detriment to quality. It was amazing to see the difference every time we visited. We're so pleased with our new space and would highly recommend CS Lofts to anyone. Thanks guys!

Good communication (transparency of costs, photo menus so you know what you’re picking, clear fee schedule). Great project management and fast delivery of work. The loft has been completed in two months just final bits of bathroom tiling, painting and carpets going in now. Very happy.

I decided to go with CS Lofts having seen that they did a house a few streets away from us. Having spoken to other loft specialists, we got a good feeling about them and went with them. Richard was very approachable and easy to speak to. Luke and Jack were the main builders...and I would like to say we're very professional and accommodating to several variations in the plan, even minor alterations after build. Very solid work and timely. The work was held up due to some Very bad rain weather. but I deem them to have held up their side of the bargain in terms of the agreed time frame.

Absolutely brilliant job done by the team at CS Lofts, converting our loft. From the communication from their office to the builders on site, everything was so straightforward. I can’t think of a single hiccup along the journey and the team delivered the work well within the time limit, for the most competitive price.Special shoutout to Benni, who led the building team and project managed. He was extremely responsive and dealt with all our queries and steers, perfectly. And to Luke and Monty, who were very polite and got the job done.Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Incredible service from CS Lofts - very competitive quote compared to other quotes we received. We completed an L Shaped extension. Created two bedrooms and a bathroom from one bedroom. Way better than any expectation we had - amazing communication, correspondence to questions, adjustments to changes we wanted. It allowed us to be stress free during our loft renovation. we would highly recommend CS lofts!

CS Lofts were great to deal with from start to finish. Competitively priced, and the salesperson - Jack Rogers wasn't pushy but helpful and super consultative. We chose a 2 bed/ ensuite rear dormer. The project took 2 months to complete and I couldn't be happier.Overall, a stress free experience and I cannot recommend these guys enough.

When choosing a company for a loft conversion, we did the obvious thing and got a few companies to quote and discuss the job.We found CS lofts with a simple Google search as we wanted to see if there was a local company to offer another quote for comparison. They had also been recommended on a local community Facebook group. We ended up choosing CS lofts because, above all others, they seemed to know their stuff and be genuinely invested in doing right by us. We loved that they are a local, family run business. And this really shows. The quote provided by Richard was competitive and very comprehensive which we were very happy with.We managed to get a build slot earlier than anticipated and CS lofts were brilliant from the start to finish. We were very fortunate to have Benni and his team as our main guys doing the work and we honestly cannot recommend these guys more highly!Right from the start, before any work had started, Benni came to have a chat and a look around. From this point he was giving his ideas and insights which saved us both time and complications later. He managed to give ideas we’d never thought of, but wish we had! We immediately had a schedule and build plan from Benni, and we knew we were in good hands. The speed at which these guys worked was astounding. And, to have such a quality job as well! We saw progress right from the start and we were kept informed and up to date all the way through.Every single one of the trades we had in were brilliant. Genuinely nice guys each with incredible work. Everyone was polite and they kept everything clean and tidy which was greatly appreciated, as we had experienced builders that have been sloppy and not cleaned up after themselves.Special thanks to Benni and his team for all their work. Their work was fantastic, and Benni would go that extra mile to help with any changes to the planned work. We were happy having them around our family. Fully trustworthy, honest guys

CS lofts did a super job recently for us, converting a dark old storage loft into huge, bright master bedroom with en-suite and dressing room. Every individual who turned up on site was friendly and considerate. Given such major works you'd expect a fair amount of upheaval but disruption kept to an absolute minimum, site was left clean, tidy and secure each day. Last minute changes and updates accommodated easily, communication simple via WhatsApp and with regular on site progress meetings with Richard who was overseeing it. Any issues that cropped up were taken care of without fuss.

Our home in SW16 South London is a narrow terraced house which we were growing out of with a young family. CS Loft were one of three companies we invited to quote and decided to work with. The job was quite complex but completed in very quick time (about 12 weeks in total). We added two rooms - a very large room with skylights, and a single office room, in our existing loft space. What we liked was a single point of contact from approximately 2-3 weeks before work started, to completion and snags. This made communication easy and the person we spoke to was on site personally most days. As CS don't use subcontractors (aside form specialists like electricians) it also made it feel much easy to project manage who was coming, when, and doing what. Our ceilings were dropped to allow a lovely roomy space for tall adults in the loft - far more height than we imagined. Dropping a ceiling can be a messy business but the team were good at protecting the carpet on the existing floor and being considerate to the house by minimising dust and debris.Big jobs like this always encounter small snags and it was also good to know that approx 4 months after when we had some small snags, we were able to call them and get support. Based on the work, we have recommended the team to our neighbours, and 4 houses on our street have now used them for their loft conversion.

CS Lofts is a small to medium sized company and the owner, Richard , is on the ball and highly responsive. They run 3 or 4 jobs at a time so he is able to oversee all activity and has excellent project managers. They handle everything. Planning, architects, engineers and sign-offHis first and second fit teams were hardworking, polite, and punctual. His reccos for additional tiling, and decorating have also been good. There have been no major issues and any small issues have been dealt with quickly and professionally. The aftercare and snagging have been well handled.

I would definitely recommend using CS Lofts if you’re considering a loft conversion. The build was done so efficiently and quick and their advice throughout was invaluable. The whole team have been fantastic – especially as we had some unexpected personal challenges during the build. We are just completing the decoration and can’t wait to move in.

We're delighted with our new loft conversion and how well everything went with CS Lofts especially given our build was not a standard one - we already had an existing loft conversion and they had to remove an old staircase, rebuild walls on first floor, and remove one of the previous steel beams. But it all went well and was done in the timeframe they committed to. The key things that attracted us was being able to decide on the internal layout after the main dormer structure went up for a set price (1 or 2 rooms plus en suite), and a financial incentive on their side to deliver within the timeframe, as well as positive reviews, a very competitive quote and the fact they use their own team. They really are a nice bunch of people to work with and to have in your home. The pace was kept up the whole time and they did a great job to get all the different tradespeople in and out and then back in again for later stages. We ended up with a unique layout that really suits us with a small study room directly accessible from landing and two really good storage areas as well as getting a good size bedroom with en-suite and small walk in wardrobe (if we get around to installing sliding doors on it!), not to mention two larger bedrooms on the first floor as result of the staircase repositioning. You do have to make layout decisions quickly however because of the pace they work at so make sure to spend a lot of time thinking about it in advance; they gave some good suggestions too but very accommodating of what we wanted to achieve. We also asked to upgrade to a solar operated velux & blind in the landing to make it easier to open as it's so high up, which they were happy to fit for us (highly recommend buying a solar velux and the app to program opening as it really helps ventilate the whole house and keep cool in summer). Contact was generally good, mainly by group WhatsApp with very responsive replies, complemented by regular site visits from Sam or Richard. It got a tiny bit tricky for us when we started having to coordinate directly with our own tradespeople at the end of the build for the decoration as regards to the order for doing painting, laminate flooring, tiling and skirting boards, but CS lofts were accommodating to come back later on to refit the skirting boards and it made you appreciate how much hassle they took out of earlier stages by doing all the coordinating of tradespeople during the actual build! They did give us some contacts for decorator/tiler too. Overall we're very pleased indeed with the final result and it really was excellent value for money. Thank you!

Stress-Free ProjectThis was our second loft conversion project, and what a difference it was working with CS Loft! To be honest, I was almost skeptical at first—seeing so many positive reviews seemed too good to be true. But the experience was truly outstanding, with literally zero stress. We went with CS Loft because Richard, from the very start, was incredibly client-focused. He genuinely listened to our needs and had great ideas and suggestions how to achieve what we wanted. Spencer and Joe did a fantastic job—clean, efficient, and hassle-free. On the admin side, the whole team was super responsive, to the point that they were chasing us because they were moving faster than expected! We’re beyond grateful for the smooth process and incredible results! Thanks guys!

We hired CS lofts for a slightly complicated loft conversion that required first lowering the ceilings on the first floor and then building out an L-shaped loft conversion on the 2nd floor. These guys were quick and thorough, and did a really good job overall. I’d use them again if we decided to move.

Brilliant loft installation from CS lofts. Very happy with the final room. Probably the best building company I have ever dealt with and would recommend to others

We had a great experience with CS Lofts. They were professional from start to finish and had great communication all the way through the build. Their use of a WhatsApp group allowed us to ask questions and stay in touch at all times. We had Jamie and his team do the main part of the build and they were extremely professional and hard working as well as being friendly and happy to answer any questions. Everyone we dealt with worked to an extremely high standard and we’re very happy with the finished room. We highly recommend them.

We recently had a dormer loft conversion done by CS Lofts, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The two new rooms have transformed our home, and we are especially happy with the quality of the work and the smooth process throughout. From the very beginning, CS Lofts impressed us with their clear and timely communication. The team was always polite, considerate, and incredibly professional—each member went above and beyond to ensure the job ran smoothly. What we really appreciated was how economical the whole project was, especially considering the outstanding results. The disruption was minimal—far less than we initially expected, which made the experience much easier to manage. Now, our kids each have their own bedroom, and we’re hopeful that it will make bedtimes easier too!Beyond the immediate benefits, this conversion has future-proofed our home. We wholeheartedly recommend CS Lofts to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and high-quality loft conversion team.

We had a loft conversion (incl new roof) done with CS Lofts in summer 2024 and can't recommend them highly enough. From the very outset, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.I would particularly like to single out for the praise Benni and the team who did the work. They were on site promptly every day and were extremely courteous, clean and professional and as a result, none of our neighbours raised any issue at all with us during the entire process. It was also extremely helpful to have Benni's advice during the build when it came to making decisions along the way about layout etc.

We are delighted with our new loft space and would definitely recommend CS Lofts to anyone considering a loft conversion.CS Lofts specialise in loft conversions, and their ability to guarantee completion within a shorter time frame, combined with a competitive fixed price and a solid guarantee, made their offer stand out from the others we considered. Our project involved lowering the ceilings throughout the house, so it was a significant build, but it was completed on time and within budget. We were really impressed with both the quality and the speed of the build. The team at CS Lofts were great to work with—Tyler and Alex, the builders, were fantastic, and even our dog misses them! Richard and Luke managed the project efficiently and were always quick to respond whenever we had a query or needed expert advice on decisions. The team of tradesmen Richard has assembled were also really friendly and did a great job. Josh the plumber, Andy the carpenter, and Andrew the electrician and Godfrey all contributed to a high-quality finish. Even our decorator, who has worked with us for years, was impressed with the standard of the work. We’re really pleased with the results. Thank you to the whole team and well done on a great job.

CS Lofts completed a hip to gable + dormer loft conversion for us in autumn 2024 and we couldn't be happier with it!Benni was our contact throughout and was always on hand to respond to our questions in the WhatsApp group regardless of time of day. He and the team were exceedingly professional and polite throughout the entire build. When one leg of the scaffolding needed to be put up in our elderly neighbor's garden, he commented on how polite the team who spoke to him were which meant a lot to us.The team were always considerate of our house and minimised the disruption to our day to day lives in any way they could. The build was rapid from start to finish being less than 2.5 months and it always felt that we were a priority.Benni was courteous and professional whenever we spotted a snag or something we wanted edited and made sure that the loft was converted exactly how we wanted it.Of the 3 companies we got to quote, CS Lofts were by far the most professional; the only ones to suggest having the staircase over our existing one (far better than our original plan); and came in with the best price. If you're considering getting a loft conversion, I'd highly recommend CS Lofts.

CS Lofts did an expert job converting our 1930's loft space into a fantastic hip to gable large bedroom with ensuite, within budge.I never thought they would be able to do the work within 2.5 months, which they did. The team are British with fantastic communication - every question was answered within the same day or the next day.For me, their USP was they are really nice people all able to identify issues and solutions before they arise and provide advice throughout. They all arrived on time and worked hard throughout the day to hit the milestones. I really couldn't ask for anything more.My advice for anyone getting a loft conversion is to have a strong idea of exactly what you want in terms of room size, window locations, extent of wardrobes, bed location, door location, stair location, ensuite set up etc before you start. This helps massively with discussing the feasibility of options early in the process, which worked well for us.I'd strongly recommend CS Lofts.

We recently had our loft completed in our Victorian terrace by CS lofts and really couldn't recommend them more. The quality of the finish is excellent but, equally as important, their communication skills, the way the project is managed and their professionalism was second to none. They finished in record time - well ahead of schedule. We will be recommending them to all our friends and colleagues as really have had a fantastic experience. Thank you Richard, Luke (all of the Lukes on the team!) and the rest of the team at CS lofts. You truly run a construction business the way it should be done!

We recently did our loft conversion with CS Lofts and we are delighted with the quality of the work. Richard, Luke and his team have been brilliant to work with and we would recommend them to anyone who is looking to expand their home for extra upstairs space. Builders, Jack, Dave, Brian, the electricians & plumbers were responsive to our questions, considerate of our need for some flexibility and consistent in making sure that every task, big or small, was completed to the right standards. Thank you CS Lofts team.

I recently had my loft converted, with CS Loft and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team did an outstanding job, completing the work quickly and efficiently, with absolutely no issues. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, and they made the entire process stress-free. The quality of the work is excellent, and they finished the project ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled builder! Thanks you very much Richard, Luke, Sam and all the team I couldn’t mention.

CS loft completed a 2 bedroom and shower room loft conversion for us this summer.Richard and team demonstrated great work ethics. The communication was good. They were approachable and responsive. They supported us with our neighbours when there was a snag with the shared roof.Special thanks to Spencer who worked really hard to maximise our space and gave advice for layout. Richard, Sam and the rest of the team were brilliant and all clearly great at what they do, problem solving any issues they encounter. All snags are dealt with promptly and without fuss.We were not completely happy with their contracted plumber who worked on our project due to poor attention to detail. Their recommended tiler was also very expensive so we went elsewhere. We definitely 100% recommend CS loft. They have created an amazing unused loft space into a great space for our children and all completed on time and budget.Thank you again.

We had a fantastic experience with CS loft while they built a mezzanine for us. From start to finish, their team was professional, skilled, and incredibly easy to work with. The project was completed on time, and they maintained a tidy workspace throughout, which we really appreciated. Communication was smooth, and they kept us informed every step of the way. The finished mezzanine looks amazing. We couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend them for any construction work!

CS Lofts did an incredible job on our loft conversion! Richard and his team were not only professional but also truly cared about the details. They completed the work on time and within budget, and the final result is even better than we had imagined. The team was respectful of our home and kept disruption to a minimum. We're so thrilled with our new space and highly recommend CS Lofts to anyone considering a loft conversion.

We're super happy with our garage conversion done by the guys at CS Lofts. They came in with a competitive quote at the start. Maintained a good level of communication and openness throughout the project. And made the snagging feel hassle free. TBH the look of the project goes beyond our expectation. We highly recommend Rich and his team!

We contracted CS Loft for a 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom loft. Rich was over for an initial meeting where he helped by talking with our neighbours, and the works started soon after. We can safely say that Luke, Luke and all the builders were extremely professional and worked very hard to a very high standard. We didn’t move out during the works, and all the builders were extremely loyal, very hardworking and very polite throughout the weeks they were here every day! We are very pleased with our new loft and would not hesitate to recommend them.

After getting various quotes, we are so glad we used CS Lofts for the design and build of our loft. Right from the onset where Richard came to have a look and give a quote to the end, the service was efficient and professional. As this was our first home improvement project we were quite nervous and Richard put our minds at ease with answering the many questions and arranging two viewings at recently completed jobs.At every stage of the project there was clear communication, advise and guidance. All the tradesmen who came for the work were extremely friendly, polite and left the space very clean. We had a baby in the middle of the project and CS were extremely accommodating to stop the work for a while and then restart when we were settled in.Sam also visited regularly to check everything was progressing to plan and help guide any decisions we needed to make which was appreciated.Richard, Sam and the entire team were patient with our questions, adaptive to our needs and overall the work was good value for money.I would not hesitate to recommend CS Lofts, you will be in great hands!

We were really happy with CS lofts and our loft conversion. They did the bulk of the job really quickly and everyone on the team was very friendly and professional. We could have done with a schedule to help with organising access, but communication as we went along was responsive.

I chose CS Lofts for my build, having read consistently positive reviews, and I made the right decision. The process was seamless and within the agreed time frame and quote. The entire team and contractors were professional and amenable throughout, and from the start, communication with Richard, Sam and Luke was excellent, and any queries or concerns were dealt with promptly and with consideration. Thanks to all involved, I now have a wonderful room with en suite which enhances my home, and I thoroughly recommend CS Lofts for their expertise in this field.

We recently had our loft converted by CS Lofts, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. Alex and Luke's teams were incredibly skilled, courteous, and efficient. They listened to our ideas and provided excellent suggestions, ensuring that every detail was perfect. They were the only loft company that were positive about converting the space into two rooms and a shower room and not just one big bedroom. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Our new loft space is not only beautiful but also highly functional. They kept the site clean and organized throughout the project, and the disruption to our daily lives was minimal. The project was completed on time and within budget, which was a huge relief. The team had to return a few times for some snags but they were always positive and willing to amend any snag however small.A big thank you to CS Lofts for transforming our home and exceeding our expectations. We highly recommend them to anyone considering a loft conversion or any other building project. Fantastic job!

I am very glad we found CS lofts. They arrived on time every day, the team were so helpful and came up with some creative ides along the way. The communication was excellent and we were kept fully informed of progress and what trades where arriving when. The team were tidy and also thoughtful when it came to our young children (keeping stairways safe etc).Their price was competitive and finished at exactly the cost they quoted. Finally and most importantly we love our new loft space, every finish was 5 star standard and we would recommend them without hesitation.

We wanted to extend the house with a loft extension being the most sensible way of doing it without breaking the bank. With it still being a significant outlay and with your house generally being your most valuable asset, you want someone to do this work who you can trust, is very good at what they do, timely and fair priced. Having no building contacts I turned to CheckaTrade looking for builders, and I think with only one exception I did not even receive a reply, and the one that did arrange to come round never showed up! Therefore I Googled “Loft Extensions” and up came “CS Lofts” so I e-mailed them. As a welcome change from previous companies contacted, CS Lofts replied and arranged to come round, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. This set the tone for the relationship going forward. CS Lofts take care of everything, the drawings, the planning application with the council, all the different trades that work onsite etc. Each job has a project manager, Benni in our case who coordinated everything. They gave us an estimate of how long it would take and they were well within this at completion. With any project there will always be something that comes up that was unforeseen, and in those very few instances everything got sorted out in a very fair and quick way.I always feel if writing a review there should be something to comment on as a point for improvement, but in this case I just can’t think of anything. The loft extension is now finished and the end result is absolutely fantastic. Benni as the project Manager was awesome, Andy, Joe, Sam, John, the plumber, roofers (sorry forgot your names) all made a reliable team of really friendly, professional, people. So if anyone asks, my advice to them would be without a shadow of a doubt use CS Lofts, to the point of, don’t waste your time looking anywhere else.Mark Fletcher

We were very satisfied with the end result. In spite of bad weather conditions (snow and incessant rain) that created frustrating delays, the guys always maintained a friendly, good natured and flexible approach. They communicated well and tried their best to work around my work appointments at home. The new roof, upgrading of the original dormer that now matches the new dormer has given our home a smart up-dated look, and we are loving our big bathroom. We were also very happy with the quote which was adhered to. We would definitely recommend CS Lofts.

We were extremely impressed by the professionalism of the whole CS Lofts team. From Richard and Sam who met with us at home, to Danny, Luke and Arthur who carried out the Loft build, and of course ever helpful and responsive Louise at the office. They all did absolutely everything they could to make life as simple, clean, and comfortable for us throughout the job. They were enthusiastic, kind, polite and responsive to our queries. The work was delivered to a high standard within the time schedule and to the agreed budget. We absolutely recommend this very honest and professional firm.

CS lofts have completed a hip to gable loft conversion on our property. The end to end experience was fantastic. The first fix team, Luke and Lewis were great, polite. professional and the most friendly guys you could ever meet. Our PM Gil catered to all of our needs and was always on hand to help. It was a pleasure to have them working in our home, thanks to Richard and the CS lofts team.

We were looking for a full-service loft conversion firm and couldn't be happier with the end product from CS Lofts. From the initial quote to completion, the team were honest, professional, considerate, hardworking and flexible. Exactly what was quoted was exactly what was paid - no surprises. They were clear and timely communicating to us and guided us with really good ideas from their experience. There's always challenges in every build but tbh, the build process was smooth overall and we are extremely happy with the loft. I would highly recommend CS Lofts if you are considering a loft conversion.

Our loft conversion has finished recently and we would recommend CS Lofts. The team were trustworthy and extremely efficient and left a good job. We had some hiccups along the way but were able to communicate well and there were no issues in getting things sorted. The quote was explained well with no hidden costs and some costs were deducted for things that we chose to order or do ourselves, and again no issues.

We have done a lot of building projects in our time, and can honestly say that loft life have been head and shoulders above any other building team we've ever used. They were exceptional. Very responsive to messages, keen to fix any issues that arose in a very timely manner, and thoroughly professional. Every tradesperson that came in to assist was excellent without exception. They were all friendly, hard working, and clearly took pride in their work. The job was completed with speed, and the whole proces was stress and hassle free. We couldn't be happier with our loft!

Richard and his team were very easy to deal with. The loft build was on time and on budget, and they kept the place tidy throughout - couldn't have asked for much more. They guys were extremely pleasant and considerate as we had a new born in the house during the build. In terms of after care, 1 year post the build we had an issue with some guttering due to bad weather and they came around and fixed it as part of their guarantee - all very seamless. Would definitely recommend

We are really glad we chose CS Lofts for our loft conversion. They are a company of genuine people who want to do the best job they can for their clients. They listened to our needs and ideas and were flexible and patient. They guided us through each stage of the design and build and their pricing was clear and good value. Alex and Darryl, who built the main structure, were friendly, punctual and tidy. The subcontractors were also generally good. When there was a problem, Richard and Sam listened to our concerns and were reassuring. They have very high standards for the trades they collaborate with. We now have an extra bedroom, ensuite and office which we are very pleased with. We would recommend CS Lofts to anyone else looking to do a loft conversion.

CS lofts -Ben, Benni, Ibi and Luke were brilliant. Polite, courteous and wonderful with our 4yr old. I was nervous of the glowing reviews here thinking - can this be true? So I booked an independent surveyor (Via build zone - which I wouldnt recommend as turned out to be unnecessary!). CS were absolutely fine about the 4 visits from the surveyor - which showed no issues at all. Trades highly skilled and friendly too. So, CS - great team, work done on time, competitive price, no hidden extras and everything done with real integrity.

CS Lofts recently built my loft conversion. Richard & Sam managed the project exceptionally well. I could not have asked for a smoother experience. CS Lofts were one of the most flexible and competitive of all the companies we spoke to, and after seeing some of their work locally decided to go with them. Ricahrd and Sam lay out the process well and Lousie kept all the admin moving smoothly. The build team of Alex and Daryl and all the subcontractors were courteous, informative and really hard working.Where any issues did arrive they were dealt with promptly. The build was super quick (finished within 10 weeks) and a positive experience all round. I would thouroughly recommend CS lofts. Thanks guys.

We are very pleased with our loft extension done by CS Lofts. The process was handled very well with minimal hassle and the quality of the work has been good. When we had questions or items on our checklist that needed doing we got prompt responses and all the work we raised was completed. The finishing touches were good and the team went to a lot of trouble to make sure we were happy with the end result.

CS Loft did our loft conversion and they were fantastic. Ben and Benni managed the project and were very proficient. Even through it was a big loft with 15 meter dormer, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, dressing room and big landing space, still they were able to complete the whole project in 2.5 months and while we were still living in the property. The cost at the end was exactly the same as initial quote + optional extras that we opted. These guys are the benchmark for good builders!!

We chose to go with CS Lofts for our conversion as a number of people on our road had spoken very highly of them. We weren't disappointed. From the start we felt supported as they helped us negotiate some tricky planning obstacles with our local council. Once planning permission was approved things started moving quickly. We were very impressed at the speed of the work and the quality of the workmanship. There was minimal disruption and the crew were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All the external trades people that CS used were also of a very high standard. Would def recommend.

CS Lofts have completed our loft conversion recently. They were understanding when we delayed our decision late last year, and were able to accommodate us when we wanted to proceed. The work started quickly and moved very fast. Within 2 weeks the shall was up. The builders worked hard and stayed later to ensure deadlines were met. We cannot fault the work ethic. The plastering, plumping and carpentry were all done efficiently. There was a couple of snags throughout the process, but these were fixed quickly. We did have to move out for a week or so while the stairs were being installed and the resultant mess, but this was a personal choice, with 2 small children it felt easier.Richard and Louise were quick in communicating times etc.Overall, very happy with the service and would recommend and use again.

We had an absolutely first class experience getting our loft built by Richard's team. It moved along smoothly and quickly, partly due to some good luck with timings and weather but we'll take it! Every person that contributed to the job was punctual, polite, hard working, and clearly experts in their field. We are delighted. Thanks to all.

We heard about CS lofts through our neighbour, they completed a loft conversion and chimney removal for us. The knowledge and expertise they have are unmatched compared to other companies I had previous considered. CS Lofts came recommended by good friends, and we are very happy with the hip to gable loft conversion CS Lofts completed for us. It took place over winter 2022 and the team did a great job to seal the roof and keep the elements at bay during the rain & snow. We were impressed from the first meeting through to completion. Big thanks to Sam, Richard, Luke and Lewis who were very pleasant to have around and went above & beyond throughout. Also to the extended CS crew; Brian & Mark who we kept on to re-do our main bathroom, as well as the loft, and Jon & Chuck, who ended up decorating most of the house. Based on our experience, we would happily recommend CS Lofts.

Have spent many years in the construction industry, so when it was time to get my own loft conversion done I had several "General builders" that I knew that I could call upon .... However they are "General for a reason" and were either prohibitively expensive or did not possess the specialist skills required for my awkward loft. We gave up on the idea untill a chance meeting with Richard and within half an hour he assured us that a conversion was definitely possible, things moved quickly from there and the build started 2 weeks later and took less than 10 weeks at a price that was incredibly reasonable. We have completed the decorating now and are very happy with the results. The main team were great and the supporting trades were all friendly, aminable and tidy with all work to a good standard. Thanks again to Richard Sam and all of the CS team, highly recommended. .........The moral is if you want brain surgery you don't go to a gp ...... if you want a loft , go to a specialist......

- Overall we had a very positive experience with CS Lofts. We were able to live in with two small children whilst the works were being completed and they were considerate of this, ensuring they tidied up after themselves and ensured the build was left as safe as possible from one day to the next. We had a great working relationship with Harry who was very efficient and easy to communicate with. He coordinated all the work and tradespeople well and ensured we were happy with the end results. The only issues occurred when he was away and he sought to rectify these on his return.

CS loft have been nothing but amazing. From the frost Initial visit to completion. Sam was great explaining the process, what to expect and what we needed. Louise in the admin office was always available and arranged a viewing of a previous job before we signed our contract. The communication throughout was amazing. Out PM Gil was great and he really managed the build well taking into consideration our input and alway on hand. What struck me the most was when there were issues the team took control and rectified everything beyond our expectations. I would recommend CS lofts.

We used CS Lofts for our loft extension (hip to gable roof with dormer) and conversion. From our first interaction (the in person quote) and throughout our project we have been hugely impressed by everyone at CS Lofts. They are a family business and that care, attention and professionalism shines through. You are provided with a fixed quote, a comprehensive quote sheet and contract before going ahead, which is so refreshing to see exactly what will be done, and everyone is clear from the outset.Richard was fantastic as our project manager, a real ‘can-do’ attitude and problem solver going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction at every stage, including the aftercare provided long after the project had finished. Louise was always contactable and so helpful moving our work start date when our house purchase was delayed. Luke and Lewis (our 1st fix team) were so polite and professional - it was a pleasure having them around. Carpenters Luke and Gil (2nd fix) are very skilled and did a fantastic job finishing with great attention to detail, especially fixing complex sliding doors we had chosen. Their recommended tiler, Brian’s work was also impeccable. Too many individuals to name them all. CS Lofts completed the buildings regs approval for us and coordinated all the tradespeople very impressively, especially over the Christmas period. We have no hesitation in highly recommending CS Lofts to anyone looking for a caring, professional and quality company. We’re chuffed!

I found CS Lofts by chance walking past one of their projects. They’ve now been recommended for 5/6 other projects through us and for good reason. Ours was a complicated end of terrace with side and rear dormers due to council conservation area restrictions. They drew up the plans and managed it through council planning which can be a tricky process particularly with a conservation area. Once permission was granted CS Lofts had the scaffolding up and were up and running with a few weeks. The whole process took 12 weeks from start to finish and the whole time they remained collaborative, considerate and on budget. Ours is not the biggest loft in the world but through some clever design we’ve now got an en suite master bedroom with office area in our loft. Great experience all round.

The company is professional but also very approachable and took all my considerations into account. All workers were polite and very experienced. They also finished in record time to the highest of standards.I would, without hesitation, highly recommend CS Lofts to anyone thinking of converting their loft.

Really impressed by the speed with which CS Lofts worked. Friendly and accommodating workers, particularly impressed by the two guys that carried out the main construction also the plasterers and the roofers, etc. Liked the fact that CS Lofts specialize solely in loft conversions and that their quote is fully inclusive.

Even with the unpredictable weather they were able to complete the works within the agreed timeframe and at a great price. My overall experience with CS Lofts was fantastic!

We are very happy with the hip to gable loft conversation completed by CS Loft. The team were very helpful right from the start to finish and went above and beyond to resolve all problems (e.g. moving the giant shower screen that we bought). Thanks Ben, Benni and team for your hard work!
